“Numerous studies have shown that exercise and regular physical activity of moderate intensity can positively affect  recurrence rates in cancer survivors and lead to improved quality of life.  RMTS provides women cancer survivors in our community with  opportunities for exercise and activity in a supportive group.”
Lori Jensen, MD, Oncologist at Rocky Mountain Cancer Center (RMCC), Boulder

“I have been lucky enough to participate in RMTS for the past 14 years.  I was diagnosed with a locally advanced breast cancer in ’99 when I was 47 years old.  When I found RMTS I knew it was a place that would help me heal both physically and emotionally through weekly activities, social gatherings and special events. I have found a renewal of spirit and friendships that have inspired and encouraged me.  RMTS has been a huge asset to the women’s cancer community and I am grateful for its existence!”
RMTS is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization run solely by volunteers.
